Christmas Reads | Blogmas

Updated: Aug 30, 2019

If there is one thing I love about Christmas, it would be being able to celebrate it in more than one way. If it’s not Christmas movies, it’s TV Christmas episodes. If it’s neither this nor that, it’s Christmas jumpers. If it’s none of that, it’s Christmas decorations. If it’s neither of them all, it’s Christmas books. But if you’re more like me, then it’s a little bit of everything from decorating the house, to decorating me; physically and mentally, I mean.

You won’t usually find me with a book in my hand, but when I pick a book to read, I could finish it all in one sitting! I appreciate beautifully written books that get me hooked from the first few pages to the last one. I love when authors beautifully describe something in so much detail to the point that I feel things I’ve never felt before. So with that being said, books are one more thing I’m very picky with. I don’t read self-developing or biography books, I only read books that beautifully narrate a touching story.

For all the bookworms out there, or the ones like me who appreciate a good read every now and then, I listed down all the books that would make you feel cozy (and festive) in this jolly time. The first book is my favorite book ever that I have read it twice, and that my friends is something I don’t do so that gives you an idea on how good it really is! To be honest, I haven’t read any of them except the first book, but according to their summary and reviews, you wouldn’t wanna miss out on them:

By the time I finish blogmas and my final exams, Christmas would be over. However, I’m going to make sure I read the above books in my winter break because they seem to be my kind of books, and I miss reading so much! Let me know in the comments below what your favorite Christmas read is, or even better, your favorite book of all time. Until tomorrow’s blogmas, cheers!
